We set great value on knowing exactly what we offer to our guests, that is why all the culinary delights on our menu are made of fresh ingredients. Enjoy local cuisine or a hearty Bavarian snack. Our regional Swabian dishes are particularly popular and have a long tradition.

Our culinary calendar is based on the change of seasons. Therefore we offer characteristic dishes. We prepare fresh asparagus from Unterfahlheim in spring, light summer cuisine with fresh salads from Gundelfingen (the gardeners’ city), locally produced ice- cream not only in summer, game from local hunting grounds, trouts and carps from the fish farm Vollmann-Schipper in Mindelaltheim,roast duck and goose as well as festive Advent and Christmas menus in winter.

Among the fine regional dishes, do not miss the excellent beer of our Schlossbrauerei Autenried, the fruity fresh spritzers and soft drinks and of course our pure mineral water.
